The success of any convention, meeting, wedding reception, or other event depends upon advance planning and attention to detail.
Convention and reception planning assistance is available at no extra charge.
No matter how many people you are hosting, we have the right size room.
Banquet Guarantee Policy
Our Sales Director will assist you with the planning that will make your function or event special.
At the time you book your function or event, we require an approximate number of attendees for planning purposes.
The final guarantee must be given 72 hours prior to the meal.
We will set and plan for 10% over the figure guaranteed.
You are responsible for the guaranteed number plus any people over that number.
Hotel Room Reservations
Hotel Room blocks can be reserved up to 100 rooms per day (if available). These rooms will be held until two weeks prior to arrival date. Rooms must be guaranteed (with a credit card or pre-payment) by two weeks prior to the arrival date. Reservations into room blocks can be made and guaranteed by individuals or by rooming list.
Table sizes are 4-foot, 6-foot, and 8-foot banquet, and 5-foot rounds.
Blackboards, projection screens, overhead projectors, flipchart stands, easels, podiums, microphones, extension cords, TV/VCR, risers, dance floor, and piano are all available and can be reserved at no extra charge.
Flipchart pads and markers can be purchased from the sales office or dining room.
Push pins are the only acceptable means of attaching flipchart sheets, posters, etc. to banquet room walls, and are allowed only on the white areas. Push pins are available at the sales office or dining room.
